Returns
The purchased products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.Unfortunately, after 14 days we won’t accept any returns.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The product’s original packaging is required for all returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent to you. You will be informed by email whether your refund is approved or not.If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you have not received a refund more than 2 weeks after receiving ouremail, please contact support@coogobox.com.

Tips for use
This dock will work for all iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, and you can leave most cases on your iPhone while docking. If you want to use Symphony with your iPhone in its case, please adjust the cable’s height in the dock. The following steps require you to use a screwdriver (not provided).
1. Turn the dock upside down, and gently unscrew both screws. Then lift of the lid. Be careful not to scratch the dock while doing this.
2. Slide the charging cable into the dock as shown. Connect your iPhone to the dock, and hold the charging cable in this position. Put your iPhone to the side, and fix the charging cable in place with the middle screw.
3. Put the lid back in place, and fasten the two screws you removed earlier. Again, be careful not to scratch the dock.
